Community Traffic Management Initiative

Free Medical Camp And Blood Donation Drive
A Free Medical Camp and Blood Donation Drive was organized in collaboration with Sindh Government Hospital for the associates of Atlas Industrial Park (AIP) in the month of August 2024.
The initiative aimed to promote employee health and well-being by providing access to free medical check-ups, consultations, and the opportunity to contribute to a life-saving cause through blood donation. Medical professionals from Sindh Government Hospital facilitated the camp, ensuring proper screening and healthcare guidance for participants. This activity reflects the Atlas Culture to be happy and healthy.
Celebrating International Day Of ‘Persons With Disabilities’ At AIP Karachi
The HR team celebrated the “International Day of Persons with Disabilities” in collaboration with NOWPDP on December 3rd, 2024, at Atlas Industrial Park (AIP). The event was graced by the presence of the Management Committee (MC) Members, reflecting leadership’s commitment to inclusion and employee engagement.

Drive For Good Governance - Mobile Learning Activity At AIP
To support employee convenience and promote compliance with traffic regulations, a Mobile Driving License Van was arranged within the premises of Atlas Industrial Park (AIP) on February 19th, 2025.
The initiative was organized to facilitate associates in obtaining their learner’s driving licenses without the need to visit external licensing centers. The on-site service was well-received, reflecting the organization’s ongoing commitment to employee facilitation and welfare.
Industrial Visits Of Lums, Ned, Iqra & Ziauddin University
Recognizing the importance of industrial exposure for students, Atlas Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. continues to facilitate educational visits aimed at bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical industry experience.
In July 2024, faculty members and EMBA students from LUMS visited Atlas Industrial Park (AIP), Karachi, to gain insights into industry best practices, operational excellence, and organizational culture.
In December 2024 and January 2025, students from the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering departments of NED University, along with Business Management students from Iqra and Ziauddin University, also visited the AIP Karachi Plant.
These visits provided students with valuable exposure to the workings of the automotive manufacturing industry. They were introduced to key functions within production and management, allowing them to develop a practical understanding of workplace systems, operational workflows, and corporate culture.
Promoting Employee Wellness - “Apni Pehchaan”
In alignment with Atlas Culture “to be happy and healthy”, HR department of Atlas Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. arranged an in-house wellness session titled “Apni Pehchan” for all female associates. The sessions were held on January 10th and 16th, 2025, at AIP Training Room, Karachi.
The session was organized to address health-related concerns specific to women and to promote awareness around physical, financial, spiritual and emotional well-being. All female associates participated in the session, which aimed to encourage self-care and work-life balance.
Delivered in a supportive and interactive format, the session provided a platform for open dialogue and expert guidance. The response from participants was encouraging, reflecting the Group's dedication to employee well-being and inclusive development.
Safety Riding Training – Women Empowerment
In line with our commitment to fostering an inclusive and empowered workplace, we successfully conducted two phases of the Bike Riding & Safety Training program this year.

Atlas Engineering had the privilege of welcoming the leadership of NED University of Engineering & Technology on December 5th, 2024 to the Atlas Industrial Park (AIP) in Karachi. The guests included Prof. Dr. Syed Amir Iqbal, Dean, Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ali Raza Jafri, Chairman, Department of Automotive Engineering, Prof. Dr. Saud Hashmi, Chairman, Department of Polymer & Petrochemical Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ali Dad Chandio, Chairman, Department of Metallurgical Engineering, Dr. Haider Ali, Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Ali Zulqarnain, Assistant Professor, Director Industrial Liaison.
The visit included an interactive session with NED alumni currently serving in key managerial roles across AIP, showcasing the impactful contributions of the university’s graduates. The NED faculty expressed immense pride and joy in witnessing their alumni thriving within Atlas, reinforcing the strong academia-industry link. The event was graciously hosted by the senior management of Atlas Industrial Park. During the visit, the esteemed guests were briefed on the Best HR Practices, Safety Protocols followed by Plant visit to provide them with an overview of our operational framework and to observe core manufacturing and engineering processes.
CRICKET TOURNAMENT 2025 - A Celebration of Team Spirit and Sportsmanship
The HR Department successfully organized the AIP Inter-Department Cricket Tournament on January 11th and 12th, 2025, at Dreamworld Resort, Karachi. The event featured a lively 6-over cricket format, with enthusiastic participation from six dynamic teams:
Associates from Atlas Engineering, Atlas DID, and Atlas Hitec, including female associates and their families, participated in this fun-filled event. The tournament was not just about cricket; it was a complete family affair with rides, a jumping jack, goodie bags, and other engaging activities arranged for children. The matches were played in a competitive yet spirited atmosphere, promoting inter-departmental bonding and teamwork. The final match kept everyone on edge, as Atlas Lions (ADL) triumphed in a thrilling finish, scoring 88 runs to narrowly defeat Atlas Falcons (AEL) who followed closely with 85 runs.
In the closing ceremony, Mr. Muhammad Khan, captain of the winning team Atlas Lions, and Mr. Usama Naseem, captain of the runner-up team Atlas Falcons, proudly received their trophies amidst cheers and applause. This successful tournament was a true reflection of the vibrant culture at Atlas—where sportsmanship, unity, and enjoyment come together.

Atlas Engineering is fully committed to making continual improvements towards a greener environment through the implementation of environmental norms and standards. In compliance with the above, the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) plays an important role in the treating of wastewater and ensures that only clean water is released to the environment. Installed in 2018, 110,000 Gallon of wastewater is being treated per day within NEQS limits. Results of the plant are submitted to Regulatory Authorities on quarterly basis.
Atlas step up in CSR platform promoting clean and green environment. Atlas successful in tree plantation event conducted at local schools. Planted 50 trees of varying kinds in order to increase the diversity of plants in this area as well as provide a healthy environment for future generations. Everyone involved was very enthusiastic and excited about helping out such a great cause.
The students attended and got involved in this activity, were eager to learn more about tree care and participate in the activity so they could help make an impact on their own community. School staff and students was very thanks full to Atlas Autos on this very healthy environmental activity.
